Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure maximum efficiency and output
Supervise and guide production line workers, including training and performance monitoring
Identify and diagnose issues in the production process, and implement effective solutions
Continuously analyze production performance and recommend improvements for productivity and cost efficiency
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, and identify/report unsafe practices
Coordinate for procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for production
Maintain production reports, KPIs, and process documentation
Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth operations

Requirements

Experience: 4–8 years in production/manufacturing environment
Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics / Production Engineering (or related field)
Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and team handling
Ability to troubleshoot and solve production-related issues efficiently
Familiarity with safety standards and quality control practices
Good communication and leadership skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Planning & Organizing production Schedules, Monitor and maintain production with target and performance of operator output department wise. Monitor and Maintain Raw Material utilization, 5-5, 4-M and Waste Management
Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech(ECE)/B.Tech(Mechanical)
